Hi!

I'm currently having issues using laminin (diluted 1:2 in PBS) to get guinea pig cardiomocytes to adhere to a mattek dish. I'm adding 75ul mouse laminin to the dish, letting it dry for 10 mins and then adding single cell solution with the GP cardiomyocytes for an hour and incubating them at 37 ° C. Then I wash the cells once with the working solution and there is poor adherence. Others in my lab using the same protocol for rat cardiomyocytes have not had this issues. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Or is there an alternative to laminin that could be used?
