So I have been trying to trap Plasmodium infected RBC on a glass slide of 300um thicknees. I have a rod magnet of 0.8 T on the surface of the magnet. On the surface of the 300 um thick glass slide, the magnetic strngth is 0.6 T. which is not sufficient to attract infected RBC. Can anyone suggest some sollution to improve magnetic field strenth at air gap of 300 um. Also how can I increase the magnetic field strength of parmanent magnet.

Electromagnets are much stronger than permanent magnets. You need a closed ferromagnetic path, with it's only gap being the slide. Then, you need a coil surrounding most of the ferromagnetic path, and a source of current for the coil. A tricky 3D design is in the optical path through the hollow upper ferromagnetic pole of the electromagnet, for the microscope. This is assuming a microscope that you haven't mentioned.
Putting a truncated cone of iron on top of your rod magnet will decrease the net cross-section of your magnet head; thus increasing magnetic flux density passing that new tip compared to the previous case.

Gerbard Martens suggests a method the concentrate and direct the magnetic field of a permanent magnet. While using electromagnet is hard to generate such high magnetic field with 0.8T as the coil will be very hot and burnt soon unless cooling agent to cool down like MRI...
