am a final year student working on 'the assessment of water supply distribution of a rural area' the supply focus on the effectiveness,efficiency and performance of the corporation and not on the quality.

i welcome any suggestion that would give the performance of the corporation both from the government funding,operation of the corporation, people opinion.
