How can I get a Path Diagram WITH "Indirect Effects" using "Proc Calis" in SAS 9.4?
is it even Possible?
I can get the diagram with direct effects on it, not indirect effects.
Even when I use "effpart" statement, SAS would not give me indirect effects on diagram.
please give me syntax or a very straight forward reference.

I suggest you to employ SPSS-AMOS for SEM. It is more friendly. What you see is what you get.

You can modify the graph with many options in front of pathdiagram, for example:
