Before starting with SWV you can run cyclic voltammograms until you understand your processes, and when everything is clear you can try with SWV.

I would like to point out that there is no specific golden rule that will give you a "clean peak" by applying it alone. However, since there are various variables at work during the voltammetry. You need to treat them one at a time, only then you will clearly see the influence of each and how it affects your peak current and its resolution (i.e . "clean peak").

I observe whenever you set your sensitivity to higher values say, 0.001 or 0.0001in BR buffer you notice unresolved peak depending on your electrode and the analyte. But once you set it to 0.0001 you'll notice a clearly resolved peak. Another important factor to consider is the cleanliness of your electrode surface. It's important to test how clean is your electrode prior to any immobilization.

If you still face the same problem, you may let us know possibly we'll try our best to get a solution for you. My advice to you still is treat the parameters one at a time.

@Cho as Moutcine pointed out, try to avoid stirring unless it is necessary as doing so affects the resolution of your peak as well.

Chaehwan Cho check your frequency. You need to run your experiment on different frequency e.g. 5, 10 or 15 and choose the one that is very clear. I am very much sure you will resolved your issue and will get very clear results.
