How can I generate the 10K or 20K frequency by using the Master (Digital I/O) port in DSpace.
I generated it by using the Slave port but because of 0 to 1 limit at the output. I can not focus and keep the signal and triangular wave in limit. Kindly, Guide me in this. Thanks

I understand that your generated the 10K frequency on the Master port is the main frequency of the signal what you are working on. Slave port has the status 0 or 1 which is for switching the connector to your selection, just like an address to call them. You need to physically connect the right slave port you want to use. Make sure that the ADC or DAC connection correctly with Matlab/Simulink blocks. Whatever the signal type is, i.e., triangular wave or sinusoidal wave, will not be affected by this 0 or 1 switching limit at all and the signal will pass through between the Master port and the Slave port as it is. I attach a doc of DS1102RTI that I have used before. The new model dSpace DS1103 or DS1104 should be similar. Hope this helps. regards - Ning
Hi : I don't have enough experience in DSP kit but, if there is noway with DSP kit, I advice you to use xPC target kernel on any PC. it easy real-time operation system can deal with the DSP app with high efficiency. good luck
