I do micellization by increasing the pH of blockcopolymer solution, in that way I have hydrophobic core and hydrophilic corona, micellization pH is7.5 but I need 8.5 ,when I add base after a point it starts to aggregate and eventually precipitation happens.

Try to make the pH = 8.5 by addition of urea or tetraalkylammonium hydroxides.

to get a focused answer you need to reveal the nature of your block copolymer. Otherwise how should one guess what happens.
above pH 8 amid group is in its undissociated form. Bad luck. You would need to introduce additional hydrophilic groups like PEO not sensible to pH.
Please also consider the ratio of Hydrophobic/Hydrophilic chain sizes (As Prof. Titus stated). This may be helpful with the total molecular weight of your block copolymer. The structure of your polymer is crucial as well.
it is true,mole ratio of my polymer blocks are similar. İt would give better results at high pH's if hydrophilic part was longer. Thank you for your help anyway
