I need to know how could i find the model of this amplifier that is installed on a instron 5585H tensile testing machine. this amplifier is out of work now and we cant use or tensile testing machine. i need a model or code to find and buy this product.

In the mean time till you get the details of this amplifier, try to work out something feasible. As you know (Hope so from your question) that your amplifier has gone bad how about checking this itself? Look at the fundamental details from the image that you have supplied of this amplifier - This is a PWM driven SERVO amplifier for Brushed motors. Clearly it must have some output complementary transistor pair which might have blown. Or it can have some H-Bridge connection for that matter. So try open THIS BOX instead opening many WINDOWS on your PC to look for a solution.

I could not connect to this company directly because of sanctions in my country!!!!if i could its easy to ask from original producers company. so, its related to a tensile testing machines that is owned by one of our customers and we don't allow to open the board. i know that the board into the box is burned.
