I am a student of Statistics and have written a manuscript titled as "association of socio-economic status and nutritional status of women: a multilevel analysis". I have sent it to the "The journal of Bio social Science " for publishing but the editor sent back with remarks the this need to be corrected by a Native English Speaker. I have corroded by an american but she did not accepted and again ask for English correction. I am not a native English speaker and have tried my best. Now I want to submit it to some other journal with impact factor and also listed in Thomas Routers list. My question is to please guide about some journal to which I may submit or about the correction of English. Blessings atta.

I am reasonably certain that you should be able find someone within your own institution with considerably better command of English who can help you with language related corrections or rewriting segments of it so the manuscript is clearly understandable.

Some researchers do find a Journal first and they write an article for a known Journal. What do you think about such practice?
First of all you search for a journal that has a stream of your chosen topic and then see what is it's impact factor and if you want it to be scopus then check in the scimago journal ranking website and try to find the best journal for publication of your research work.
