I am trying to express the T cell receptor (TCR) of the OT-1 mouse ( https://www.jax.org/strain/003831) The only information I can find is the names of the V-D-J segemnts making up the alpha and beta chains of the TCR (Tcra-V2, Tcra-J-alpha26 Tcrb-V5, Tcrb-D-beta2, and Tcrb-J-beta2.6). Does anyone know of a resource where I can either find the sequence of the whole TCR or at the very least the sequences of the VDJ segments? I think that the VDJ sequences are sufficient to reconstruct the entire TCR sequence, but I'm also not entirely sure how to do this.
