I have been developing a theory concerning the nature of time. I am a philosopher, so the mathematical aspect of the theory needs of course a review from someone who can correct that aspect of the research and work on it. My research is about what time actually is (which I think it's a wave, a scalar field) and it has elements of General relativity, Quantum mechanics, string theory and astrrophysics. I do believe my idea can actually be a good description of the universe or at least it can show a new way to investigate it but I need a theoretical physicist support to check the mathematical/physical shape the work has to assume. Is someone in here interested in trying to check it? Alternatevely, what can I do to obtain a review of the concepts i am trying to build?

You better go slow , try to convince a small portion first.
For example if time were an oscilatory question, you must explain how no one is able to detect those oscilations.
Of course time may be measured based on some time period of a wave, but that is all i can see.

I believe we all are able to detect it, since everything in the universe has a wavelength. In this framework we consider the debroglie wavelength as a marker of what wavelength of time the observer is in.
If you want to get the opinion of experts, the journal peer-review system is best. If you are not ready for it yet and you are afraid that you may have made conceptual or mathematical mistakes, you may need to make sure that you understand the concepts and mathematics yourself. Otherwise, you should not expect others to understand them.
I would recommend you to give some talks somewhere. Not necessarily at conferences. Maybe, at some regular seminars where it is easy to arrange.
