How can I find out the peel strength/ adhesion strength from the graph?

The graph in the attached document is obtained from a Universal testing Machine (UTM). I would like to find out the peel strength or the adhesion strength of a simple adhesive tape attached to a PS plate.I guess I have to find out the average load line to get the peel strength but I am not sure how would I do that. Any help from the experts would be highly appreciated.
