I have found simulation libraries in NS-2 and NS-3 yet but I need to work in Matlab.
In Matlab, Mathworks includes a simulator of the Physical Layer in IEEE 802.11 a/g, but I am pretty sure that someone have already programmed a simulator for the vehicular communication protocol PHY and MAC in IEEE 802.11p vehicular communication protocol in Matlab.
