I'm looking for a copy of the Job Demands and Job Resources Measure to use for my dissertation study. This is a 20-item survey that was used in the following study:

I've not been able to reach the study authors. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
You should start by contacting the authors and asking for the questioner. In my experience, many authors will happily give you copy of the questioner.
You have to take into account if they are the authors who have created such evidence, so you can read the reference of the instruments in the article and ask the referenced authors for the respective permission
My first idea was to connect with the authors, but I’ve not been able to reach any of them successfully.
