I designed a simple triple slot patch antenna in CST which operates at THz frequency. I submitted it in a journal and they wanted an antenna equivalent circuit as recommended by reviewers. I didn't use any circuit material like inductor, capacitor, diode etc. How can I extract antenna equivalent circuit from CST software. Please describe me with full detail and it would be helpful to me if you demonstrate that with photos or videos.
As far as I know, the CST program solves electrodynamic problems and does not use any equivalent circuits if you do not include them in the calculation. She builds the electromagnetic model. Therefore, you should build such an equivalent circuit and choose its parameters so that its characteristics are close to the characteristics of the electrodynamic model. The elements of which the equivalent circuit is constructed are resistors, capacitors, inductors. For wideband antennas, the last two are replaced by segments of transmission lines. They can be switched on on both sides, open and short-circuited at the ends. Radiation into the free space is modeled by a 377 Ohm resistor. Carefully consider the design of the antenna and try to portray its equivalent circuit. Perhaps, for a triple slot patch antenna such a scheme is published somewhere. Next, use the optimization to achieve the similarity of input resistances for the two models.

The simplest ever method is to export your model into AWR DEsign Environment and simulate it in AWR. than extract the pspice file. the file contains R,L,C values with defined node pins. After that construct the circuit accordingly in AWR and tune it to match s11 obtained during simulation.
