It depends on what method you use to increase or decrease the ductility of 1060 grade aluminum tube。

I think you need to focus on one type of corrosion to be accurate on the relation between ductility & corrosion.

And I think you are talking about stress corrosion here and not all the types of corrosion since you mentioned ductility.

we know that bend property depends on ductility of a materials. But maximum pitting corrosion occur in the bend position.
