Have any effect Copper condenser and side sheet?

In the refrigerator, the Copper condenser is contact with the PCM sheet. but some fridge we see that the copper tube damage or leakage or big hole.

Below I given the picture & vedio of the damage fridge.

What is the reason for this copper condenser damage or leakage?
