I made a static structural simulation of a indentation and I want to make a transient structural simulation that begins with the results obtained in the indentation simulation.

Sounds like a job for the INISTAT command (initial state - unsure of the syntax). Sheldon's site, Ansys.net might shed some light on that.

If you are doing this in apdl, what i would suggest is to start from scratch using transient analysis, but for the indentation process, provide lengthy time interval so as to simulate "realistic static phase", then continue with the transient analysis.
