I have done IF experiment using four colours (red, green, blue and grey), and I would like to merge only three of them. when I export my files as tiff, the pic has all four colours, anyone please has any idea how I can sort this? it also weird that I got logo and many other pics along side my pic. please see the snapshot
I think you can you use imagej to merge three channel out of four. First upload it in imagej then split them, then merge your expected three colour together.
If you right-click on the image that you want to export as tiff you'll see a second window (see image attached). If you remove the tick overlay channel the single channels will be saved. (The exportet images will be grey-colored since they only include the intensity/pixel).
Use them to create a merged image in ImageJ or Fiji (image->Color->merge channels).
How can I export my images in Tiff so that I can use them to make my measurements in an latest version. I already exported them but the calibrations do not function. Someone told me to do an update calibration while doing the exportation. Don't know how to do it.
