I am not sure why you can't export the Ansys model. Normally, you just go to modeler tab and click export. Then save it as file type .dfx . You can see the attached screen shot. You can also directly print the model from Ansys Maxwell by pressing ctrl+ P. Also you can go to edit tab and click copy image and then paste it in a ppt file as image.

I have the same problem! 1) Go to menu Model and click and export. Will appear the model names with extension *.mxwlresults

2) Choose the desired one.

3) Choose the type of file to export dxf, iges, etc and the name.
