How can I etch KIT-6 or SBA-15 from WO3 using NaOH since HF is toxic?

HF acid is know to be used for etching SBA-15 and KIT-6 from WO3 but I want to use conc NaOH. Meanwhile WO3 is also slightly unstable in NaOH. Can anyone help me with the right conditions (concentration, stirring rate time) using the NaOH or an alternative but efficient acid for to do that work
