How can I etch KIT-6 or SBA-15 from WO3 using NaOH since HF is toxic?

HF acid is know to be used for etching SBA-15 and KIT-6 from WO3 but I want to use conc NaOH. Meanwhile WO3 is also slightly unstable in NaOH. Can anyone help me with the right conditions...
