How can I estimate WTP in NLOGIT/LIMDEP- RPL when parameters follow asymptotic normal distribution?

I am looking for a syntax to estimate WTP in RPL if parameter estimates follow an asymptotic normal distribution. I have estimated attributes x1 and x2 as random with normal distribution and cost variables(z) as non-random.
