It can be simply done in three steps, I assume you already write the necessary data files from the solver. So, the first thing in the beginning is you have to change the co-ordinate system into cylindrical co-ordinate and take a slice at appropriate cross section finally go to the plot and select the particular variable by drop down the list of all variables (axial velocity, radial velocity, pressure etc.)
