I’m currently working with extracellular vesicles (EVs) from MM28 and UM92.11 cell lines, and I’m having trouble visualizing them properly on a Western blot. Specifically, I don’t see clear bands for my EV markers, but I do see thick white bands. I’ve visualized my EVs and confirmed the presence of proteins, but when I use Western blot to detect the EV markers, I don’t see the expected bundles. However, when I look at the cell lysates, I see clear bands.

also need EVs to be lusified? If yes, how should I lusify them? I'll send a picture.
