Hi,

How can I extract protein (using the Bradford method) and perform enzyme assays from alcohol-preserved molluscan tissues? The tissue had been kept in alcohol for four weeks before being stored with the alcohol at -20 degrees Celsius.

I'd appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction of a protocol or kits that can help me accomplish this.
