Please how can I do the correlation between students performance and method of teaching? knowing that the performance is count in nature and the method of teaching is also a likert as present in the attached file.

You need to do a research with specific questions and measures organizing the methodology accordingly.
You have a lot of choices, but it depends on what you want to accomplish. Your table 7 is a small sample size and heavily skewed, so you could be descriptive (a chi square or Spearman's would tell little more but could be options).
Running correlation and/ or regression needs many observations! You need at least 40 to 50 observations to have normal distribution fit your request. Regards.
