Im searching for number of mitotic cells and also number of eosinophils in slides staind by H&E.
Cells can be counted with the ImageJ software, which is free. You just have to provide the appropriate filter. You should read the User guide, which quite exhaustive and will show you how to use the software for many histo and other image processing/quantification purposes.
I just noticed an ImageJ plugin for mitotic cells counting: the DeadEasy MitoGlia.

Please used the Histo morpho metry Soft ware or simple way is Photo shop soft ware.

you can use image j software easily . after download software. Open it and perform. open image - plugin-analyze- cell count.
with this software you just count cell and mark them and then software calculate automatically.

your images and count should be in accordance with a scale. (usulally in micra...).
