Does anybody know which molecular typing methods would be the best for checking if the strain of S. cerevisiae is boulardii or not? I can't determine microsatellites polymorphism due to a lack of the microcapillary electrophoresis system.
If you have the genome sequence of the strain, genome comparison will be the best option
