Its depend on which solvent your prepared your aqueous extracts. If you want use for biological activity DMSO is best option. You can try by using different polar solvent with different ratio.

@ Disha Nayak, I have extracted the plant material in water by reflux method, obtained extract is not dissolved in MeOH Or MeOH:Water!!! I will try with DMSO once. Thanks
