Dear researchers
I want to dissolve the gum of Pistacia atlantica subsp. kurdica in water but it's insoluble in water. I dissolved it at isopropanol and added this solution to water at stirring manner but the gum was dissolved again.

Thanks for your answer, but I think that is not about the gum of Pistacia atlantica subsp. kurdica and it's about essential oils that are hydrodistillated from the gum.
