The binodal curve can be determine by (i) drop-wise addition of an aqueous solution of the salt to polymer aqueous solution (or pure polymer) until the detection of a cloudy and biphasic solution, or vice versa; (ii) drop-wise addition of ultra-pure water until the formation of a clear and limpid solution corresponding to the monophasic regime.The
composition of the two-phase system can be determined by the ratio of the weight of a component added to the total weight of all components added. The above procedure can be repeated till we observed least amount of turbidity to obtain sufficient data for binodal curve
