How can I design equvalent circuit model of THz metamaterial structure?

Hi, I have designed a THz metaabsorber, now I want to design its equvalent circuit model for comparision between EM simulation and its ECM results. Can you tell me that how can I do this. I have seen many papers but I am confused and stucked in this problem.
