I read same paper and thesis that there was written accuracy of today systems of command recognition is 100%.
I work with Matlab and I have 2 pattern and 1 sample (for number recognition) but my system always has mistake because my wave is different. I test three model of speech wave but it is different visually. I am comparing wave in power space and frequency space(fft) and differential space(diff) but my sample always match with mistake pattern

would you please refer those papers which has claimed cent percent accuracy .
yes, i would be glad to see a system with such an accuracy, but i think what he means by 100% actually is that it would work very well for some ad-hoc data/situations; because you may build a sound recognition system with high accuracy in matching voice to text commands but that will only work near 100% (very optimistic)and not exactly with 100% perfect accuracy!
Near 100% accuracy could be achieved only, if limited data is used for training and testing purpose.
