I thank that you have no need to use a boundary condition at the interface Air-Water, you use only inlet conditions at water entry and air entry.

The interface between air and water is an unkouwen of the probolem, it will be computed numerically by Fluent using Navier Stokes equations for multy-phasics flow.

yes i want to define boundary condition near small holes. If i didnt define than OpenFOAM will take as wall and air will not come in outer pipe and wont mix with water.

For pressure and velocity what should be the type of boundary which is perfectly match with this problem. I already created phases at small holes. There are total two volumes one is inner pipe which contains small holes at its periphery and second is outer pipe which is full of water.

just to make it clear for myself, you mean you dont know what BC you should use on cirlce (holes) on the air tube?

yes, absolutely right

If you have separated to fluid zones you should used Mixing planes. consider one as P-outlet and the other as V-inlet then do the Mixing plane in fluent. if you do not how let me know. Actually Im not familiar with OPENFOAM much.

right now i am using OpenFOAM only. Finally i am getting some new boundary condition in OpenFOAM and i applied in OpenFOAM. I hope it will work well

Interesting. There shouldn't have BC issues here and I believe OpenFOAM should be able to treat them as ONE computational domain.

What about using zeroGradient type of boundary condition here?

Some thing similar to this;

        type            inletOutlet;

        phi             phi.air;

        inletValue      uniform 1;

        value           uniform 1;

I think you should read about cyclic boundary conditions in more details. This will help you a lot.

I am working on a similar problem. Could you tell me exactly what BC you used at the interface ?
