I created the structure in both (100) and (110) direction. But could not perfectly do the 111 direction. The bond length is not getting correct. Btw I use MATLAB to create coordinates.
If anyone could help me get the correct coordinates, It'd be so helpful. Thanks in advance.
Why don't you use one of the free software packages which do this automatically (like PowderCell)? It is as you are trying to invent the bicycle a second time. Don't waste your time with stuff which is much more complicated than you expect, especially if you start to do this with more complex structures...

Thanks Dr. Gert Nolze. I believe its a great tool. But, I was unable to use the tool. I use macOS, so cannot access .exe file. It says:
"You don't have permission to access /ccp/ccp14/ftp-mirror/powdcell/Powder_Cell/pcw23.exe on this server."
