i am using keithley 238 with probe station to measure the i-v charactereristics of a ferroelectric thin film.
Is it possible to correlate the ferroelectric properties of a thin film by using i-v analysis..?
is it possible to quantify the same ?
how can i convert current in to polarization ? (by means of some integration method i heard)

A ferroelectric is an insulator. So there shouldn't be a (DC) current flowing.
A DC current flow can be seen as a diverging polarization. This is, why for conductors the dielectric function diverges as \omega -> 0.
Sou you would have to find out where that current you're measuring flows and what it means.
(of course you can do AC measurements and then get a (frequency dependent) conductivity, that's a different story.)
Ferroelectric properties can be explained based on the switching characteristics. With an application of electric field, total current consist of different types of currents. For the ferroelectric characterization domain switching current is important. However, you can convert current to polarization by using section 2.3 (Article attached).
... and all these are non-stationary measurement protocols. Either high voltage ramps (for charge extraction) or frequency dependent admittance measurements. (and here we have to do with photovoltaics, so we have semiconductor elements with a diode characteristics).
So, to come back to the original question: yes, if by i-v-characteristics you mean the current response to a ramping voltage - then there is dynamics in the setup and current and charge are certainly related by integration. Of course it takes modeling of the device to derive physical quantities such as polarizability from such ameasurement. Device modeling is also explicitly adressed in the Seeman paper.
On the contrary, quasi-static i-v- characterstics, as I wrote before, do not really solve your problem imho.

Not reliably without additional information and that is necessarily physics related information.If you integrate current over time then you obtain charge. So far so good - but what does this actually mean?
It could be a measure of polarisation but whether that conclusion is adequate depends on whether it makes sense physics -wise.
yes i think you can do
current =charge/time
charge= current*time
after getting charge you can convert in to polarization
