I have ELISA kit which have conc gradients from 16umol/l to 0.5 umol/L. and some kits have ng/ml so i want to make them equal in one concentration like all values in ng/ml (Mol Wt of that protein is 54,077 Da).Please suggest some answer. Thank you

Do you want to convert into ng/mL,then apply the molecular weight. umol/L is equal to nmol/mL. so for 0.5 nmol/mL,the equation will become 0.5*54077=27038.5000 ng/mL.subsequently you can do this calculation for all your range
