How can I convert the raw curve data (with PKCS#7 extn) of Chl absorption spectrum recorded in Shimadzu UV 1800 into MS excel format?

I would like to make the graph of absorption spectrum, which can only be viewed or printed out from the UV 1800. Any ways of converting theraw data files with specific extension of PKCS#7, may kindly be suggested.
