Dear Lobzang Namgyal, Are you talking about file identifier: Magic numbers (Hex: FF D8 FF E0 xx xx 4A 46 49 46 00)?

HEX and JPEG is different format of file. HEX file may be image but it is not necessary . For convert HEX to binary file please use hex2bin converter (this utility you can find by google), and next try to rename bin to jpeg. You can read more about hex files in wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_HEX
