How can I convert/export genotype data to 3-digit genepop format?

I have exported 2-digit genepop by Genalex add-on from Excel, but i need to check the data for null alleles in Microchecker now and this software needs 3-digit format.

Microchecker can read Excel files and GenAlEx can export the required Microchecker format file, just make sure you save it in the old xls format, not in xlsx.
