first of all, thanks a lot for your response and those beneficial links.

Actually, I have some EEG test signals all in ASCII (in different frequency bands) and need to find correlation among them, I have coded some methods in matlab  and have to use those signals as inputs of my codes

I think I can find it by using matlab help
