Dear Negar Ahmadi, Both are different nature of publications. Since you need advice therefore, I advice you to publish your research findings as journal papers and publish a monograph of your research work..
The general problem with (conventional printed) chapters is that they take a long time to go through the whole process of outlining, writing, editorial review, publisher rewiew etc. etc. - which can delay publication by quite some time, years to be precise. And by that time your data might be outdated already.
If time is a problem, then try and publish them as individual research papers. You might also be able to get papers plus a chapter (if you add some new information or create an in depth review in that chapter). Also, textbook chapters don't "count" as much for some universities, as they're generally not peer-reviewed and don't have an impact factor.

The purpose of publication is to make knowing the latest developments of an area of research
@Seema You're right, I should have mentioned that there might be universities that accept books/book chapters as part of their assessment schemes. And again, as Daoud says, it also depends on the nature of research.
Often Book chapter option is selected when your search is a formalization of a research area (including a cover of some research including research of other authors)
This type of publication is quite intended to spend in education (undergraduate)
The writing style for technical journal papers and chapters sometimes are quite different and thus the presentation of materials would also be different. For chapters, it is often preferred to present the work in a more complete manner, more self-sufficient, whereas for journal papers, they might be more focused on the current findings, rather than presenting the whole picture. Further, somehow I think the dissemination of work presented in papers is much more easier than that in chapters not only due to the timing but also the range of readers that can be reached. Thus, I would suggest first publishing individual journal papers and then collecting them into a book.
Dear Negar Ahmadi, Extend one of your paper in style of tutorial, include extensive examples, data sheets in your book chapter. The book chapter will be very attractive for students and young researchers.
