My Springer book will be published in this month (Nov. 2016) because of last proofing delay.
In this Aug. 2016, I was successful in specifying 130 cancer Basic Gene Sets (BGSs) of Alon et al. data. If researchers offer the same type of Alon et al. data, they become co-authors of my papers about the analysis of Alon et al. data using 130 Revised IP-OLDFs. Especially, I need tumor cancer data and long survival tumor cancer data. I expect long survival tumor cancer patients are misclassified in normal cancer class. I think 130 LDFs discrimination is confirmative cancer diagnosis in addition to five years survival rate.
I would like to co-operate with Alon research group.

Hi Dr. Shinmura! I am glad I was of help and it was very easy to get the information you needed. As I mentioned, I just typed the name of professor Alon in Google Scholar and it returned his profile. I completely understand what is not to be interested in the internet and or in social media. But now, I am amazed at the time we are very fortunate to live. Everything is at the reach of a click!
