Hi,

i need the dataset used in this paper:

Conference Paper Power-log based plateau limit histogram equalization algorit...

this paper from 2017 Tenth International Conference on Contemporary Computing (IC3) .

i asked the authors but they told me that they don't have dataset. and i decided to ask journal editor. But i don't know how to contact with him/her. How can i find the journal editor.
