To begin with, I can note that in recent years standard modules on Arduino with their own finished program are very popular. Including there are schemes of temperature regulators based on Arduino. Just on the Internet you need to find such a finished project. And so, depending on the problem to be solved, it is possible to build a scheme in a simpler way. Namely, using a differential amplifier based on an operational amplifier, you can build a simple temperature controller circuit.
Yes, I do agree too. And that would be much better. The device in the forum has a little different number, i.e. it differs from 5600040269 shown in the picture. I apologize that I have not noticed it earlier (anyway both look similar)
