The easiest method would be to vacuum centrifuge (SpeedVac) the samples. However, you will also concentrate the solution/buffer they are in. If this is a problem, you may like to look at using a spin column.
Right, you can concentrate DNA using speedvac but as mentioned by Kevin, salts will also get concentrated. Most likely you are using column -based extraction kit hence this question. Another alternative (and perhaps better alternative) would be to ethanol precipitate your DNA. Following washing, you can have the DNA in minimal volume.

If your sample is dilute, you can add a sufficient amount of carrier such as glycogen before precipitation. Be careful not to loose your precipitate. At last you can extract the water by butanol but this will also concentrate the salts
You could also try to use the DNA clean and concentrator by Zymo Research. Its a fast and simple technique for concentrating DNA. However, note that the elution volume can be as small as 6ul. Thus, first consider how much you need for your downstream applications. Hope this will help.
