How can I compute risk differences and risk ratio estimates from a zero-inflated negative binomial regression for both parts of the model, using SAS?

The hard part is estimating risk differences and risk ratio for the logistic part of the ZINB.

I am currently using SAS 9.3.

Hi Sophia,

Thank for your answer. unfortunately, It does not fix all my problems. I need to find how to calulate marginal effects from ZINB using SAS (not SUDAAN). Maybe with proc Nlmixed .
