How can I code a monthly reservoir operation optimization model in MATLAB?

The model is non linear and is to be optimized for a period of 12 months

As an optimisation problem, it is expected to have to extra information other than the model. First, what is the optimised goal? Is it the capacity of reservoir? Second what parameter you can change to optimise your goal.

After addressing these information, there are different methods and function in Matlab can perform optimisation task.
