I have a huge substrate made up of polyurethane and I want to have a 1 mm thick coating on it. I have to use something commercially available and can be used on large areas (I am talking square meters). I do not want to modify the surface and the coating I need is to be transparent.
Polyurethane can be made of polyurethane coating agent, it contains hydroxyl groups by polyester urethane polymer ISO coat acid phenol functional groups of crosslinking. The polyurethane is not complete, so the corresponding soluble in nonpolar solvents, polyurethane coating agent and crosslinking agent and filler after mixing and transfer directly to the object
BTW, a 1 mm thick coating modifies the surface. It is the (new) surface...
Amit- As I said, I want a transparent coating and irrespective of the method of application, the only requirement is that it should be applicable for large surfaces and easily done. And Also I said that I do not want to play with the substrates surface as it will change the properties. So I am looking for a simple solution to coat a transparent polymer on top of polyurethane.
Alan- You are right, it is a new surface, all I want is to not modify the substrate's surface by chemical treatment.

You can get a polyurethane varnish that's basically the same as your base.
